Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of Kadento (the "Service"). By creating a workspace or accepting an invitation to one, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organisation you represent.

2. Your workspace

A workspace is owned by the person who created it. Workspace owners and admins control membership, roles, and the data held in the workspace. They can invite, deactivate, and remove members at any time.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the tasks, projects, files, and messages you put into Kadento. You grant us the limited licence needed to store, process, and display that content in order to run the Service for you.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to break the law or infringe others' rights.
Do not attempt to access workspaces or accounts that are not yours.
Do not probe, scan, or overload the Service or its infrastructure.
Do not resell or white-label the Service without written permission.

5. The AI coach

Kadento's coach drafts suggestions — tasks, dates, assignees, and summaries. Suggestions are proposals, not decisions: nothing is applied to your workspace until a person with the right permission approves it. The coach operates under the same permissions as the person using it. You are responsible for reviewing what you approve.

6. Plans, trials and billing

New workspaces start on a 14-day trial with no card required. Paid plans are billed per seat in advance. Coach actions are metered per workspace per calendar month and reset at the start of each month.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available and to give reasonable notice before we make a materially adverse change to it. We may update these terms; if a change is material, we will tell you before it takes effect.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or end access where these terms are broken or where required by law.

9. Liability

The Service is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
