1. Who we are
Kadento is a team task manager with an AI coach. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
2. What we collect
- Account data — name, work email, password hash.
- Workspace content — projects, tasks, subtasks, comments, files, and coach conversations you create.
- Operational data — sign-in events, IP address, browser and device information, and audit records of actions taken in a workspace.
- Usage counters — coach actions per workspace per month, used for quota and billing.
3. Why we use it
To run the Service, keep it secure, meter and bill usage, and support you when you ask. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your workspace content for advertising.
4. The AI coach
When you use the coach, the relevant task or conversation context is sent to our AI provider to generate a suggestion. Your workspace content is not used to train third-party models. The coach can only see what the person using it is allowed to see.
5. Who else sees your data
Members of your workspace, according to their role. Beyond that, only the processors we need to run the Service — hosting, email delivery, error monitoring, and the AI provider — each bound by contract to process data only on our instructions.
6. Where it lives and how long
Data is stored on servers in the European Union. Workspace content is retained while the workspace is active. When a workspace is deleted, its content is removed after a short grace period; backups age out on their own schedule.
7. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Workspace owners can export workspace data at any time from within the product.
8. Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Each workspace is isolated at the database level, and access is enforced per request. We keep an audit log of actions taken in a workspace.
9. Cookies
We use the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and to remember interface preferences. No advertising trackers.
